Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Templeogue Synge Street GAA Club will be held on Monday July 14th at 21:00Hrs at Saint Pius National School, Fortfield Park, Dublin 6W., for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the following resolution:
Agenda
- Welcome and Opening Remarks
- Apologies
- Explanation of Purpose of EGM
- To outline the requirement for updating the Club Trustees in line with GAA Club Constitution and legal obligations.
- Resolution
- That the Club approve the appointment of the following persons as Trustees of Templeogue Synge Street GAA Club, in accordance with Rule 5.3 of the GAA Official Guide and the Club Constitution:
- Alan O’Brien
- Joseph O’Reilly
- To replace the outgoing Trustees, namely Donal Ring and Donal Colfer, who are both retiring from their roles as Trustees of Templeogue Synge Street GAA Club.
- Authorisation
- To authorise the Club Secretary and Chairperson to execute the Deed of Appointment and related legal documents on behalf of the Club.
- Any Other Business
- Close of Meeting
- All Full Members of the Club are entitled to attend and vote at the EGM.
- Please ensure your membership is up to date to be eligible to vote.
