Looped hike to/from Kilmacanogue for a full circuit of the Sugar Loaf - 2.5 hrs approx.
Extra 45 mins to the summit - optional. Please note that the optional climb to the summit is quite challenging and can be very windy at the top, even when the weather below appears calm.
